What Milf Buddy is for

Milf Buddy is a dating site for women over 35 who want to date on their own terms, and for the adults who want to meet them. It's frank about being an adult site: casual is allowed, and so is saying exactly what you want. It's equally clear about the rules that make that work. Everyone is 18 or over, everyone is there by choice, and the women set the pace.

The name uses a piece of slang that a lot of women have mixed feelings about. We use it as the name of a dating category, not as a label for anyone, and our guide to what MILF means explains why.

Who it suits, and who it doesn't

Milf Buddy suits adults who know roughly what they want and are willing to say so. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants someone else to make the running, or who treats a dating profile as an invitation to be crude.

Probably a good fit Probably not for you
Women over 35 who want dates, company or something casual, at their own pace Anyone under 18, or under 21 in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska or Wyoming
Adults of any age drawn to confident older women, and happy to follow her lead People who want to "collect" a type rather than meet a person
People comfortable with a profile that partner sites can also see Anyone who needs total anonymity from a wider network
Members who are fine paying to read and reply to messages Anyone who wants to read and reply to messages without paying

Who runs it

Milf Buddy is run by Ambervine Inc, a Delaware company at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.

The milfbuddy.com address was re-registered in April 2024. This information website was rebuilt from scratch in October 2026. The old version carried hundreds of near-identical city pages and some pages about real people; those are gone, and they won't be coming back.

How the member service works

This website explains the service; the members area at members.milfbuddy.com is where profiles, browsing and messages live. Joining and browsing are free, and reading and replying to messages needs a paid membership (prices explains the plans). Memberships renew automatically until cancelled in Settings > Billing.

Milf Buddy shares one member database with partner sites in the same network. Members of those sites can see your profile and message you, and you can message them. We'd rather say that plainly here than have you find out later. How Milf Buddy works has the details, and the privacy page explains what this website itself collects.

Our editorial policy

The guides on this website follow a few simple rules.

  • Primary sources. Every external fact, such as a helpline number or a legal point, comes from the organization responsible for it: a federal agency such as the FTC or CDC, or a national charity such as RAINN. Those links are listed at the foot of each page.
  • Dated pages. Each page shows when it was last checked. Where something might change, such as a phone number, we recheck it rather than leave it to drift.
  • Nothing invented. No made-up statistics, member numbers, testimonials or success stories. Where a guide includes an example message or scenario, it is labeled as an example.
  • Honest about the product. We say what's free and what isn't, and what the site checks and what it doesn't. Photos are reviewed; what members write about themselves isn't. Prices come from one facts table so they stay consistent.
  • Local pages only when they're useful. A page about dating in a particular state goes live only once its local information (helplines, health services, reporting routes) has been checked against official sources.
  • No other brands in our headlines. We don't borrow other companies' names to attract searches.

How we write about the women the site is named after

We write from the side of the women the site is named after. In practice that means no degrading language, no graphic descriptions, and nothing that treats anyone as a category rather than a person. We don't describe partners by how young they are, and our advice to the people writing to women over 35 always comes back to the same point: she sets the pace, and "no" ends the conversation.

Questions people ask

Who owns Milf Buddy?

Milf Buddy is run by Ambervine Inc, a Delaware company based at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. Membership itself, including billing, cancellation and disputes, is governed by the members terms, which follow Delaware law and are linked from the members area.

Is this website the same thing as the members area?

Not quite. This website explains the service: how it works, what it costs, how to stay safe. Your profile, searches and messages live in the separate members area at members.milfbuddy.com, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Account questions go to the members help center.

Does Milf Buddy write about real people?

No. The old version of the site carried pages about real people, and they were removed when this website was rebuilt in October 2026. Our guides deal in etiquette, safety and how the service works, never in named individuals or gossip.

How do I report a mistake on a page?

Use the members help center and include the page address and what needs fixing. We correct factual errors, recheck the source and change the date at the top of the page so you can see when it was last updated.
