This notice covers this website, milfbuddy.com: the information pages and guides you're reading now. It does not cover the members area at members.milfbuddy.com, where accounts, profiles and messages are held. That is covered by the separate members privacy policy.
Who is responsible
Ambervine Inc, a Delaware company at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, runs this website and is the data controller for it.
What this website collects
Very little.
- No cookies. This website sets no cookies.
- No advertising or tracking. It runs no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts.
- Server logs. The website is a static site hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working properly. Vercel's own privacy policy explains how it handles them.
We don't use this information to identify you, build a profile of you or show you ads.
If you use a join box
Some pages have a join box. If you type your email address into it, it is sent to the members area at members.milfbuddy.com so you can create an account. From that point, your information is handled under the members privacy policy, which explains what the member service collects, how long it keeps it and who it shares it with.
One thing worth knowing before you join: Milf Buddy shares one member database with partner sites in the same network, so members of those sites can see your profile. The members privacy policy covers this in detail.
Links to other websites
Our guides link to official organizations such as government agencies and helplines. Once you leave this website, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights over your personal information, including the right to know what is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to some uses of it.
- In the UK and European Economic Area, UK GDPR and the EU GDPR give you these rights, and you can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
- In the United States, several states, including California, have privacy laws giving residents rights to know about, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. California residents can find out more from the California Privacy Protection Agency. Consumer privacy complaints can also go to the Federal Trade Commission or your state attorney general.
Because this website keeps almost nothing about you, most requests will concern your member account. For those, use the members area or the help center.
Children
This website and the member service are for adults only. Nobody under 18 may join, and the minimum age is 21 in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska and Wyoming.
Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact the members help center.
Changes
If we change how this website handles information, we'll update this page and the date shown on it.
