What a membership adds
A paid membership is what lets you have a conversation. Without one you can look and be looked at; with one you can talk.
- Read and reply to messages, which is the main reason to upgrade.
- See read receipts, so you know whether a message has been opened.
- See who viewed you and see likes, which helps you decide who to write to.
- View photos in full.
If you mainly want to see who's on the site in your area, the free account does that. How Milf Buddy works walks through the whole process from sign-up.
Renewal: read this part twice
Every membership renews automatically at the end of its period until you cancel. That includes any introductory trial, which carries on as a regular membership unless you stop it.
To cancel:
- Log in to the members area.
- Go to Settings > Billing and cancel the membership.
- Take a screenshot of the confirmation.
If you only want a short look, put a reminder in your calendar for the day before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next payment; deleting your account (avatar > Settings > Delete Account) removes your profile.
Refunds
Refunds are limited: the members terms allow a pro-rata refund only where at least 40% of the membership period is still unused. "Pro-rata" means you'd get back the share of the price that matches the unused time. As an illustration, on a 30-day period that means asking with at least 12 days left.
For anything to do with a payment, contact the members help center with the date and amount of the charge. If a billing problem isn't resolved, your card provider can help; the FTC's guide to disputing card charges explains the time limits.
Optional extras
Inside the members area you may be offered paid extras, such as profile boosts, priority messages, a day pass, a way to see who has liked you, and an ID badge showing you've completed an ID-and-selfie check. None of them is needed to use the site, and each is priced in the members area before you buy.
The ID badge is the one worth understanding. It shows that a member has passed an ID-and-selfie check by LEM Verify; it doesn't vouch for anything else they say. Is Milf Buddy legit? explains what is and isn't checked.
What your statement shows
Card payments appear under the billing name shown at checkout, so check it before you pay. If you share an account, or someone else sees your statements, bear that in mind. The key facts page has the company and billing details in one place.
Keeping the cost down
Most of the decision can be made for free. A few habits keep spending in check:
- Browse first. Pay only when there's someone specific you want to talk to.
- Start with the shortest plan if you're unsure, and set a renewal reminder the day you pay.
- Skip the extras until you know you'd use them.
- Never pay anyone else. Membership is the only thing you pay for. Anyone on the site who asks you for money, gift cards or crypto is a scam; the safety page explains how to report it.
Questions people ask
Does the trial renew?
Yes. Like every membership, an introductory trial renews automatically unless you cancel it in Settings > Billing before it ends. If you only want a short look, cancel soon after you start or set a reminder for the day before it renews, and keep a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation.
Can I get a refund?
The members terms allow a pro-rata refund only where at least 40% of the membership period is unused, so if you've changed your mind, ask early. Contact the members help center with the date and amount of the charge, and cancel in Settings > Billing so it doesn't renew again.
Why don't I recognize the charge on my statement?
The charge appears under the billing name shown at checkout, which may not be Milf Buddy. Check it before you pay. If a charge still looks unfamiliar, check your confirmation emails, then contact the members help center with the date and amount.
Do I need to pay to reply to a message?
Yes. Reading and replying to messages both need a paid membership. Receiving interest and browsing are free, so you can see who is on the site, and who has noticed you, before deciding whether anyone is worth paying to talk to.
