Joining takes a few minutes
Sign-up asks for an email address, a password and your date of birth, and nothing else up front. Every member must be 18 or older, or 21 in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska and Wyoming.
If you sign up through a VPN, or your account is flagged for any reason, you may be asked to complete an ID-and-selfie check, run by the verification company LEM Verify, before you carry on. Use an email address you're happy to have linked to a dating account; many people set up a separate one.
Building a profile that does the filtering for you
Your profile is a few photos and a few lines about you and what you're looking for. You'll usually need at least one photo. Every photo is reviewed, and nudity and lingerie aren't allowed. What you write about yourself isn't checked, by us or anyone else, which is true for every other member too.
Alongside the basics you can set the age range and distance you're interested in, and add details such as whether you have kids, smoke or drink. Say plainly what you're after. Milf Buddy is an adult site and casual is allowed; a clear profile saves everyone time. The members area shows the price of each plan before you pay, and our prices page explains renewals and refunds. Every membership renews automatically until you cancel in Settings > Billing. Check the billing name shown at checkout so you'll recognize the charge on your statement.
You may also be offered optional extras, such as profile boosts, priority messages and an ID badge that shows you've completed the ID-and-selfie check. None is needed to use the site.
Your profile is shared across a network
Milf Buddy is part of a network of partner sites that share one member database, so more people can see your profile than the name suggests. In practice:
- members who joined through partner sites can see your profile and message you;
- you can see and message them too;
- profiles show which site each member joined through.
It widens the pool. It also means you should leave your surname, workplace, neighborhood and anything about your children off your profile, and avoid photos that also appear on your social media.
Who sets the pace
On Milf Buddy the women the site is named after decide how fast things move. Nobody owes anyone a reply, a number or a meeting, and a no, or silence, is the end of it. The age-gap dating guide explains what that looks like in practice.
Staying safe
Chat on the site first, meet somewhere public, tell a friend, and never send money to anyone you've met online. The safety and consent page covers scams, image abuse and who to call, and the first-date checklist is the quick version.
Leaving
You can leave at any time from inside the members area.
- Cancel your membership in Settings > Billing, and keep the confirmation.
- Delete your profile completely by opening your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.

What do I need to sign up?
An email address, a password and your date of birth. You must be 18 or over, or 21 in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska and Wyoming. You'll usually need at least one profile photo too. Many people set up a separate email address just for dating so nothing lands in a shared inbox.
Can I read messages without paying?
No. Reading and replying to messages need a paid membership. Browsing profiles and receiving interest are free, so you can see who has noticed you, and whether there's anyone you'd want to talk to, before deciding to pay. The members area shows each plan's price before you commit.
Will people on other sites see me?
Yes. Milf Buddy shares its member database with partner sites in the same network, so their members can see your profile and message you, and you can message them. Profiles show which site each member joined through. Keep anything identifying out of your profile for that reason.
Do I have to verify my ID?
Usually not. An ID-and-selfie check by LEM Verify may be required if you sign up through a VPN or your account is flagged. Otherwise it's an optional paid badge that shows you've completed the check; it doesn't vouch for anything else in your profile.
